We operate the largest fully automated cold storage facility in Singapore, with a total storage capacity of more than 24,000 MT which is equivalent to 1000 pieces of 40 foot containers of goods. Being 30 meters in height, our warehouse offers you unprecedented high bay storage.

Our cold room uses the state of the art technologies - Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS). These technologies are brought in from Europe and have the throughput capabilities of up to 188 pallets per hour. ASRS enhanced inventory control and tracking and results in optimization of warehouse space.

With Permatec system, the shelve life and freshness of foods will be safely lengthen and maintained (High Nitrogen ; Low Oxygen). Products are kept fresh at -25 degree celsius through a double lock door and are backed up by generators. This ensures that we will not be crippled in the event of a power failure, and you can be assured of having no cold room downtime. Permatec system also minimizes the possibility of a fire with reduced oxygen levels.
